Delivery And Returns
We will notify you when your order ships along with your tracking information. If this is a subscription box order, your purchase will ship the week of 15th - 20th of the following month (unless those days fall on a weekend or holiday) as we only send out shipments on a monthly basis. If this is a subscription order, your box will ship during the week of 15th and 20th of the following month to start your subscription (unless those days fall on a weekend or holiday.) Due to COVID-19, caused supply-chain delays, your subscription or gift box may be delayed. We ask that you be patient as we work through these difficult times.
Keeping you happy is our number one priority. Returns are simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 15 days of receipt of your order, for exchange, credit, or refund. Returns may take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact Customer Service by email (info@Barbeque-and-Smoke.com) and let us know what item you are returning and the reason for the return. Upon notifying Customer Service of the return reason, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued. Please include your RMA# with any returns.
