SHIPPING POLICY
At BQ&S Gourmet Chocolate, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
- Orders are filled between the 1st and 15th of each month.
- We sell only boxes or cold bags containing multiple 1.4oz bags of chocolate to meet custom orders placed directly with us. We no longer sell single chocolates in 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, or 1 lb bags.
SHIPPING METHOD
- All chocolates are shipped with ice packs in cold/freeze bags to maintain product freshness during transit.
- Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are expected to arrive within a two to three-day window.
- If requested and paid for by the customer, we can also ship via FEDEX.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
- We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to withstand shipping conditions; however, once the package leaves our facility, it is under the control of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX).
- BQ&S Gourmet Chocolate is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. For any issues regarding the shipping status, customers should contact the relevant carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all shipments are sent with ice packs to preserve the quality and freshness of the chocolates.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delayed, lost, or damaged by the carrier during transit. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.
